This was the first dialogue workshop I joined outside of school, and it was a memorable experience. I was surprised how easily conversations started with strangers. It made me more aware of perception, nonverbal signals, and the impact of first impressions. I learned to observe more carefully and realized how valuable honest, open dialogue can be when we truly listen to each other. It also strengthened my confidence in expressing myself.
