As project partners, we have conducted a short study to gain a better understanding of civic education within the formal educational systems of our countries.
We analyzed documents related to the educational systems in Austria, Croatia, Hungary, and Slovenia.
The research touches on several areas: the content of civic education, the methods used to deliver it, the role of non-governmental organizations in providing civic education, and the challenges in this field.
At the end, we also offer some suggestions for improvements or further development.
