On January 23 and 24, 2023, the first meeting of project partners for the Tough Topics project took place at the Social Academy in Ljubljana.
The meeting was attended by six participants from four countries: Slovenia, Austria, Croatia, and Hungary.
The gathering began with team-building activities, allowing participants to get to know one another. The team committed to developing a series of inspiring tools over the next two years to foster dialogue among young people and to teach dialogical skills.
A theoretical perspective on dialogue was provided by guest speaker Prof. Dr. Igor Bahovec from the Faculty of Theology at the University of Ljubljana.
The team also began planning the development of dialogical tools. Their first challenge is to create ten “Guidelines for Dialogue,” which will later be transformed into a didactic tool for working with groups.
